This website is operated by LaFortuna. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LaFortuna. By visiting our site and/or purchasing our products, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Products and descriptions

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade and artistic nature of our products.

Our frames are hand-assembled decorative pieces that incorporate a sports-style key as a central element. These are decorative accessories and not original parts from any vehicle manufacturer. Each frame is assembled individually, so minor differences between units may exist.

All products are sold as decorative or collectible items, unless otherwise indicated. Availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

Orders and payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All billing and shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including cash on delivery (payment in cash upon delivery) where available for your area. For cash-on-delivery orders, the customer agrees to have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal to receive or pay for a cash-on-delivery order may lead to the suspension of this payment method for future purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. If an order that has already been paid for is canceled, the amount paid will be refunded.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain: 2–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–5 business days
  • United States, Australia and rest of the world: 7–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, high-demand periods, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control. LaFortuna is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Customs and international orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs clearance processes are beyond our control and do not entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund.
  • If an order is officially returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal at customs, refunds will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaFortuna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
